4.3 Withdrawal Requests. 4.5 No Interest. s188bet does not pay interest on Account Funds under any circumstances.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. s188bet reserves the right to accept, decline, or restrict any bet at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason. A bet is not binding on s188bet until it has been confirmed and a unique bet reference number has been issued.
5.2 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, s188bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. Winnings derived from a manifest error will not be paid and may be reclaimed from Accounts where they have been credited in error.
5.3 Match Abandonment & Event Cancellation. Rules applicable to specific events — including what constitutes a void, abandoned, or cancelled result — are detailed in the sport-specific or game-specific rules available on the Platform. These sport-specific rules form part of these Terms by reference.
5.4 Currency of Settlement. All bets on s188bet are settled in MYR. Winnings are credited to the Member's Account promptly following result confirmation.
6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Members as described in the applicable promotion terms. s188bet reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its discretion, including where there is evidence of Bonus abuse or collusion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements and eligible Games are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within any stated time limit will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. s188bet strictly prohibits Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to obtain multiple Bonuses; placing low-risk hedged bets to complete wagering with minimal risk; coordinating Bonus activity with other players. s188bet reserves the right to cancel Bonuses, void winnings, and close Accounts in cases of detected abuse.
6.4 Withdrawal Interaction. Where a withdrawal request is made while a Bonus is active on an Account, s188bet may cancel the Bonus and associated Bonus wagering prior to processing the withdrawal.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s188bet Platform:
s188bet reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Account of any Member engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold Funds pending investigation, and report matters to relevant authorities where required by law.
8.1 Ownership. All content on the s188bet Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, game interfaces, and data — is the property of s188bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Permitted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No broader rights are granted.
8.3 Restrictions. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the s188bet Platform without prior written authorisation from s188bet.

9.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, s188bet's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total Funds held in that Member's Account at the time of the incident.
9.4 Gambling Losses. s188bet accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Members in the ordinary course of betting activity. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that the outcome of any Game or bet is inherently uncertain.
10.1 Voluntary Closure. Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting s188bet customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules prior to closure.
10.2 Involuntary Suspension. s188bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, including where: the Member has breached these Terms; there is suspicion of fraud or AML concern; the Member has failed to complete KYC; the Member is found to be under 21 years of age; or s188bet is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.
10.3 Funds on Closure. Where an Account is closed voluntarily and the Member has satisfied all applicable verification requirements with no outstanding withdrawal holds, the available balance will be returned to the Member via an approved payment method. Bonus balances that have not met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited on Account closure.
